INPNC
Introduction
INPNC is a kind of modified INP with truncation of the entire internal repeating domain. INPNC does not appear to be hampered by the size of the passenger while also exhibiting compatibility with the translocation and surface display of proteins containing multiple cofactors and disulfide bond-containing passengers [1]. A flexible protein domain linker of 10 aa was introduced between INPNC and protein sequence to ensure independent functionality of protein and INPNC with minimal mutual disruption
Usage and Biology
At the C-terminus of INPNC+linker, specific functional proteins can be attached to enable the surface display of it. In our project, we constructed K4765107 ribozyme+strong RBS+INPNC-Ag3 fusion+stem-loop and K4765108 ribozyme+strong RBS+INPNC-Nb3 fusion+stem-loop for the surface display of Ag/Nb2 and compared it with K4765105 ribozyme+strong RBS+intimin-Ag3 fusion+stem-loop、K4765106 ribozyme+strong RBS+intimin-Nb3 fusion+stem-loop. And selected intimin as our surface display system.
