PTet* promoter + RBS

This is an inducible promoter part compatible with Golden Gate Assembly. This part can undergo BsaI digestion to produce a linear part with overhangs consistent with the Bee Toolkit syntax (Leonard et al., 2018). ontains tetO operators that are repressed in the presence of tetR repressor protein. tetR can be removed from the promoter in the presence of anhydrotetracycline (aTc), allowing for the activation of transcription in cells containing both pTet and tetR. In strains only containing pTet, this promoter acts as in a functionally constitutive manner.
