Guide RNA
Part Description
It is a fragment of RNA that serves as a roadmap for Cas enzymes that target RNA or DNA and builds complexes with them. These enzymes frequently remove, insert, or otherwise change the targeted RNA or DNA.
Usage
Our guide RNA is designed to drive the activity of the Cas12k protein toward the target gene, which is the B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFF-R) gene, as knocking down this gene will affect the survival of the autoreactive B-cells and limit its pathogenic effect in RA
