SMAD4(wild type)

Description

SMAD4 is important for cartilage homeostasis. The inhibition of SMAD4 can induce chondrocyte apoptosis and aggravate osteoarthritis progression. Based on the online repository of miRNA targets, SMAD4 might be a target of miR-3074-5p in osteoarthritis.
