Usage and Biology
Tandem-dimer tomato (tdTomato) is a stable, robust red fluorescent protein that was modified from previous fluorescence proteins in order to have enhanced fluorescence properties(Syverud et al., 2018) . We obtained this DNA by DNA synthesis.This part can be used in level 1 biological laboratory.

Functional Validation and result
We design plasmids to produce tdTomato, and the pictures below are the fluorescent protein image of the pigment protein in the cell and the cell clump containing the pigment protein under the hydrocoagulant membrane.
