High input score automatic selector without lethal device (with reporter): PoPS->mRFP->K176240->PoPS
PoPS->mRFP->luxI-LVA->tetR-LVA + pCon 0.15->luxI-LVA + pCon 0.70->luxR + pLux/Tet->PoPS
Output PoPS = (Cell Density * (pCon 0.15 + Population Average Input PoPS) + Input AHL) / (1 + Input PoPS)
If output is a lethal device, cells with relative high input score in the population will be selected, cells with relative low input score will die.
The first luxI-LVA is used to calculate average score in the population.
mRFP is input score reporter.
