This part is the T7 regulated miRNA1-broccoli-spacer, designed to test the efficacy of the hsa-miR-1-3p RCT Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245201). We were unsure if the inclusion of a spacer sequence (BBa_K4245160) affected the folding of the broccoli aptamer (BBa_K3380153).
