PmrC
This part is the promoter regulated by PmrB/A two-component system in E.coli. When PmrA (BBa_K4307026) is phosphorylated, it will combine with pmrC and start the gene expression. In Tsinghua 2022 project, it was used in affipmrABC (BBa_K4307028) system.
