Inducible pVanCC promoter
Sensitive promoter against vanillinic acid and presents its maximum induction in the presence of 100mM RPU 3 of vanillinic acid with a leak of 2.4x10-3 RPU in absence of induction (Meyer, A. J et. al 2019) this part needs its regulatory protein (BBa_K3317004)

2022 BNSC-China improvement
We tested the response of the food additive vanillic acid response promoter PvanCC and found that its activation ploidy was low compared to the original literature, and to further increase its activation ploidy, we used the literature-reported, RNA-coordinated THS strategy [BBa_K4237022] to increase the activation ploidy from approximately 20-fold to 34-fold.
