Fungal synthetic expression system using FunsTF04

In this fungal synthetic expression system (SES) FunsTF04 was constitutively expressed from PgpdA. The FunsTF04, which contains a LexA DNA-binding domain, would be able to bind to the LexO binding sites for the minimal promoter fused with LexO binding sites (6xLexO-Pmin). The efficiency of the FunsTF04 activation was measured by the reporter gene mCherry, which is expressed from the 6xLexO-Pmin.
