CD19-L

This part encodes for a ligand of CD19, a surface marker of B cells. It speciffically encodes for the active extracellular domain of the ligand, with no transmembrane nor cytosolic domain. Structure was obtained by homology approximation and then cytosolic and transmembrane domains were removed for it to be attached as a fusion protein.

 ===Usage and Biology===
+Its main use is to provide exosomes with tropism for B cells thorugh the CD19 receptor. For that, this ligand must be expressed as a fusion protein with p.e. Lamp2B.
