anti-myc shRNA (1741-1761) in-loop C/D-box
Encodes for an shRNA against the 1741-1761 positions of the mRNA principal transcript of human MYC (HGNC:7553). It is composed of a sense and an anti-sense sequence separated by a loop domain. To optimize and stabilize the transcript, the C/D-box sequence is allocated at the position of the loop, substituting the loop.
