MSCV 5' module

This 5' module codifies for the main 5' upstream components needed in a lentiviral transfer plasmid. Spceifically, it encodes for the T3 and RSV promoters, 5' LTR, psi sequence, RRE and gp41 peptide. The 5' LTR acts as an RNA polymerase II promoter, initiating the transcription of the transgene. The psi sequence is a RNA target site for packaging by the nucleocapsid.
