Anti-GFP Nanobody/sdAb

Nanobody binding sfGFP. Optimised for expression in Escherichia coli. Binding to a fluorescent protein allows for fluorescent tagging and testing of constructs. PDB: 3OGO-H. Esp3I golden gate sites flank either end of this part. Analogous to BBa_K929102
