MSCV 3' module

This module contains the necessary elements for the 3' region upstream of a 3rd generation lentiviral transfer plasmid. Encodes for the 3' LTR as well as for the SV40 polyadenylation signal. Additionally, it contains the SV40 Origen of replication (ORI), which increases the transfection efficacy in the packaging cell line expressing the SV40 peptide such as the widely used HEK293T cell line. This part is to be incorporated on the BbsI secondary assembly site of pJUMP backbones via BbsI adapters (not included in the sequence).
