IDH1 R132H mutation

This part contains the coding region of the IDH1 enzyme with a R132H mutation. IDH1 codes for isocitrate dehydrogenase 1, which catalyzing the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to alpha-ketoglutarate. The mutant form of the enzyme catalyzes the production of D-2-hydroxyglutarate. The R132H variant of IDH1 is known to be prevalent in gliomas and glioblastomas, providing a good target for our analysis.
