This is a plasmid consisting of legumoglobin and p5T7,it is used to transport oxygen within cells.The specific working principle is show in the BBa_K4232001.The specific construction of the legumoglobin is shown in Figure 1.The expression of legumoglobin is affected by heme, and the fluorescence intensity after the addition of heme is shown in Figure 2.
