The gene actually will be fully function with other two genes which are PrtD and PrtE

E. chrysanthemi ABC transporter PrtDEF might function well in the phylogenetically-neighboring genus E. coli.On the basis of the apparent molecular weights we tentatively assigned the 60 kd protein to the prtD gene product (protein PrtD).
