hrpR Gene
This part is an improvement for the part:HrpR Gene uploaded by iGEM13_HIT-Harbin. The hrpR gene codes for hrpR protein. hrpR protein binds to hrpS protein forming a complex, and the hrpL Promoter is transcriptionally upregulated by hrpR and hrpS Gene. The Amp30E Amplification Device consists of hrpR, hrpS Gene and hrpL Promoter.
