Signal peptide of MPGI from Magnaporthe grisea
MPGI is a highly secreted protein found in Magnaporthe grisea. It belongs to a protein family called hydrophobins. A signal peptide from such proteins should increase the secretion of a protein of interest in yeast if the signal peptide signal is placed before it.
