Applications of BBa_K4461504

We construct a device BBa_K4461504, with backbone pSB1C3. Then, we test the FP intensity and OD for it and Fig.3 is the result.

Fig.3 This graph shows that mCherry expressed since the eighth hour.

We used BamHI/XhoI enzyme digestion to check our construct.
