Downstream tRNA Scaffold

tRNA scaffolds are used with RNA aptamers such as Spinach (BBa_K3380150) and Broccoli (BBa_K3380153) to shield the aptamer from misfolding and degradation (Paige et al., 2011). This is the downstream or right tRNA scaffold and is to be used with the upstream tRNA scaffold BBa_K4245004.
