Applications of BBa_K4461002

We cloned a larger fragment that included nirBDC promoter from E.coli K-12 MG1655 gDNA. It is about 446 bp.
After adding suffix and prefix to the promoter, the nirBDC promoter part will be 357bp.








We construct a device BBa_K4461501, with backbone pSB1C3. Then, we test the FP intensity and OD for it and the graph below is the result.

This graph shows that the mCerulean expressed since the sixth hour.
