RBCS2
RBCS2 is a promoter of the small subunit of ribulose-1, 5-diphosphate carboxylase, encoded by the nuclear gene. We constructed them into plasmids pTX2038 and pTX2040 to drive the expression of ChlamyHgR (APHVII), mCherry and Staygold.
