Design Notes

the kill switch contains YopE (cytotoxin form Yersinia) mRNA and a ribozyme riboswitch (contained a sensor domain, comprised of an aptamer sequence, and an actuator domain, comprised of hammerhead ribozyme sequence). When there is target molecule binds to the aptamer sequence, YopE is expressed and kills the cell, whereas the hammerhead ribozyme sequence degrades YopE mRNA.
