inverter based on λ repressor
An inverter based on λ repressor and lambda promoter
Usage and Biology
The inverter is assembled in pPOS. when trp repressor bind to trp, the expression of lambda repressor will be repressed, and the promoter expression of the downstream lambda promoter will be excited to produce more Taq polymerase.
Source
lambda repressor is from bacteriophage lambda and trp operator is generated by Ellefson et al.
