Truncated FitD

This part is a truncated version of FitD, a molluscicide from Pseudomonas protegens. It is a toxin that can be used to kill quagga and zebra mussels. This part is a coding sequence with a polyhistidine tag for purification. This part is codon optimized for expression in Escherichia coli. This part is a different form of FitD in comparison to BBa_K2683006.
