According to the website Doulix, the double terminator B0015 was created by iGEM registry. It is one of the most widely used terminators. The Cas9 protein is one of the most crucial part in CRISPR technology, which can cut foreign DNA efficiently (Jinek et al., 2012). We included it in our self-digesting plasmid construct.
