Superfolder GFP (mammalian codon optimized)

This part is the coding sequence of superfolder green fluorescence protein(sfGFP). Its maximum excitation wavelength is 485nm. And its maximum emission wavelength is 510nm. sfGFP can fold correctly even when fused to some poorly folded proteins.
