Signal peptide of COH1 from Coprinus cinereus

COH1 is a highly secreted protein found in Coprinus cinereus. It belongs to a protein family called hydrophobins. A signal peptide from such proteins should increase the secretion of a protein of interest in yeast if the signal peptide signal is placed before it.
