A promoter sensitive to oxygen consumption rate.

This part of the code is the promoter icd. The ICD promoter, known as isocitrate dehydrogenase, is derived from the E. coli top10 strain. It can be used as a sensor for the rate of oxygen consumption in the cell body (the mechanism of action is shown in Figure 1).

The icd contains two functional modules - cra and arca. cra and arca partially overlap and it is mainly the arca module that performs the oxygen consumption rate detection function, so if you want to use the icd as an oxygen consumption rate sensor you should deactivate the cra module as much as possible (as shown in figure 2 below).
