Loop region should complement to the guide of igRNA (GAPDH) (BBa_K4409017). VR2 region should complement to VR2’ region of hsa_circ_0001982. VR1’ and VR2’ regions should cover a unique sequence of hsa_circ_0001982 so that VR1 and VR2 regions can specifically recognize hsa_circ_0001982.
