Design Notes

The sequence is designed to replace the promotor, RBS, and ORF of the original repressor. Thus it does not have a terminator and the original terminator of the repressor must be kept. Also, the promoter of the sequence might be shorter than marked, since the original research does not mark the promoter range clearly.
