hrpR Gene
This part is an improvement for the part:HrpR Gene uploaded by iGEM13_HIT-Harbin. The hrpR gene codes for hrpR protein. hrpR protein binds to hrpS protein forming a complex, and the promoter hrpL (hrpL Promoter) is transcriptionally upregulated by hrpR and hrpS (hrpS Gene) . The Amp30E Amplification Device consists of hrpR, hrpS (hrpS Gene), and hrpL promoter (hrpL Promoter) .
