The gene fragment Pre B2 is composed of Pre A2 and the Thermometer RBS <partinfo>BBa_K115002</partinfo>. We digested the vector fragment <partinfo>BBa_K115002</partinfo> with EcoRI and XbaI and the insert fragment Pre A2 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligate these fragments together to form Pre B2.

Assembly of PreB2 (pSB1C3)

The gene fragment Pre B2 is composed of Pre A2 and the Thermometer RBS BBa_K115002. We digested the vector fragment BBa_K115002 with EcoRI and XbaI and the insert fragment Pre A2 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligate these fragments together to form Pre B2.
