The gene fragment Pre A2 is composed of pTetR(BBa_R0040) and a double terminator(BBa_B0015). We digested the vector fragment BBa_R0040 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_B0015 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A2.

[Pre A2] double terminator + pTetR

The gene fragment Pre A2 is composed of pTetR(BBa_R0040) and a double terminator(BBa_B0015). We digested the vector fragment BBa_R0040 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_B0015 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A2.
