P28-tetO-deGFP-ssrA

Under the P28 promoter, the Tet operator tetO is expressed along with the production of green fluorescent protein.Under the degradation of ssrA, the tet operator tetO is progressively degraded.

Usage and Biology

1. This plasmid has ssrA tag. Compare with P28-tetO-deGFP, we use it to investigate the effect of degradation ssrA tag on deGFP fluorescent protein.
2. It can be used in other experiments which hope to express fluorescence with ssrA.
