Usage and Biology
Xenopus Beta Globin 5' - UTR is the untranslated region identified by the ribosome present at the 5' end of a sequence for optimal expression of the sequence which can be a protein sequence or an mRNA encoding sequence.
In project CODE M, this part is used for efficient transcription of the synthetic CODE M sgRNAs.
