Bacillus subtilis yqcG toxin

YqcG toxin is a part of type 2 toxin-antitoxin system namely YqcGF from Bacillus subtilis [1]. YqcF (BBa_K3889093) binds to YqcG in order to inhibit the toxin. YqcG is a DNase that can lead to DNA degradation finally causing death due to loss of genetic material.

This is a modified version specific of BBa_K3507002 to our project's assembly. Xho1, HindIII and Bsa1 sites were mutated to make an assembly compatible part.
