SDS-page of particulate methane monooxygenase and scaffold. pMMO mimic as described in Kim et al 2019, expressed in E. coli BL21 strain with pET-28(+)-pMMO-m1 plasmid. The lanes harbor left to right (1) PageRuler Prestained Protein Ladder product #26616. (2) Product after Sonication. (3) Product after filtered. (4) Product after His-tag purification. The expected product size is 54 kDA in all cases and is annotated with the white asterisk in the figure.
