This gene cassette has been designed to be a part of the genetic circuit for an inducible kill switch in Bacillus subtilis. The gene coding for the YqcF antitoxin (BBa_K3889093) is downstream to SP126 (BBa_K3889010) and RBS (BBa_K1351031) for constitutive expression.
