Engineered quorum sensing esaR promoter: PesaR-C

A promoter that can interact with EsaR protein and initiate downstream gene transcription.

Basic information

This part represents a promoter variant with two esa box(position -10 & between -10, -35), which can be bound to EsaR protein. After binding to the box, the EsaR will recruit the RNA polymerase and regulate the downstream transcription.
