TnsB

This TnsB protein from the E.coli Tn7 is part of the insertion of transposable elements by guide RNA–assisted targeting (INTEGRATE) system devised by Vo et al.(2020). The INTEGRATE system consists of CRISPR RNA-guided integrases for bacterial genome engineering (see BBa_K3776022). TnsB is a member of the retroviral integrase superfamily and catalyses DNA integration.(Klompe et al., 2019)
