Reporter for quorum sensing systems in yeast with LasR

We created this part　with reference to BBa_K1024002 in order to signal when Pseudomonas aeruginosa exists. The part is composed of pTEF, Flag, VP16, NLS, LasR, ADH1 terminator, pLasR, Cyc100mini, mCherry and CYC1terminator. We improved BBa_K1024002by adding ADH1 terminator and CYC1terminator　and changed LuxR to LasR, pLux to pLas. Las R is homolog of LusR. The LasR gene is constitutively expressed. On the other hands, activation of pLas occurs only when sufficient amount of AHL exist in the environment. When pLas was activated, mCherry is expressed and lets us know the existence of AHL.
