BBa_K3593010 is one of those so-called 'probes' in our design, and play important roles in our hardware, in which it binds and immobilizes the aptamer. Its 5' end is conjugated to biotin[1] to bind with streptavidin.

ssDNA, capture probe of control line in method without RPA

This ssDNA can be immobilized on the control line region of test strip. It is complementary with the best 1 aptamer conjugated to a reporter Au nanoparticle, thus reporting a red color to verify the function of lateral flow construction
