GAL7 promoter

GAL7 promoter can be induced by galactose in Cryptococcus neoformans. It is the first inducible promoter characterized in Cryptococcus neoformans. We used GAL7 promoter to read the sequence downstream of this promoter together with transcriptomic information at specific time.

Users can induce the transcription of GAL7 promoter by lactose and obtain the sequence information of the downstream gene at specific time.
