__NOTOC__ BBa_K3621015 short Contents: NF-kB Responsive Promoter, Csy4, SynthpA What is it?: A Composite part; it is a genetic circuit with NF-kB responsive promoter and Csy4 gene allowing for Csy4 expression when NF-kB is present What does it do?: It's responsible for the expression of the endoribonuclease, Csy4 in the presence of NF-kB. It was important for our project in particular because of its involvement in the PERSIST regulation mechanism.
