GAL7 promoter

GAL7 promoter can be induced by galactose in Cryptococcus neoformans. It is the first inducible promoter characterized in Cryptococcus neoformans. We use GAL7 promoter to read the sequence downstream of this promoter out of transcriptomic information at specific time.

GAL7 promoter can be induced by galactose in Cryptococcus neoformans. It is the first inducible promoter characterized in C. neoformans. We use GAL7 promoter to read the sequence downstream of this promoter together with transcriptomic information at specific time. Users can induce the function of GAL7 promoter by lactose at specific time.
