The part is a combination of BBa_K3007029 PhucR-dsRed-Pcp6-HucR & YgfU (uric acid sensor) and BBa_K3457046 J23100-Olac-RBS-CAHS 106094. The design and reslt are as below. However, there is something wrong. The constitutive expression of the reporter, dsRed, was over high. The possible reason is: (1) the construction influence the CP6 promoter, so that the expression of the repressor, HucR, was insufficient; (2) CAHS 106094 affected the uric acid sensor. Further study should be taken.
