pfus2 is an pheromone-responsive promoter in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
It was obtained by PCR amplification using Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4741 genome as template.
pfus2 contains 2 × PREs, one of which is in the opposite direction of the promoter and the other one is in the same direction of the promoter.
